Get the Kits Hub app
Download the app and run it. It works on Windows 10 and 11, it's free and you don't need an account.
Choose your Kits folder
The first time you open the app, it asks for your Football Manager Kits folder. Select it and the app creates the 3D, GK and 2D folders inside it if they don't exist yet. You can change it later in Settings.
Pick a country
Open Packs, search or pick a country (you'll see its flag and how many kits it has), choose where to save it and confirm. The app downloads all of that country's kits and creates the config.xml for the pack in the folder you picked.
Keep it up to date
The app compares your folder with the catalogue and shows how many kits are New, Outdated or Up to date. One click on Download updates gets only the kits that are missing or changed, and each file is checked before it's saved.
Play
There's nothing else to do. In Football Manager 27 you don't need to reload the skin: open the game and the new kits are there.
Prefer to stay in the game? The In-Game Kits Plugin adds a "Download kits" button to every club, league and country screen.
