What it does
Everything runs on your computer.
One-click conversionDrop a .ftex from the kit folder (p1, g1...) or a PES texture saved as .png. The FM27 version appears next to the original.
3D previewSee the converted kit on the FM27 player model before you open the game. Drag to rotate, scroll to zoom.
Whole leagues at onceDrop a country, league or club folder, or your whole kits folder, and convert every kit in one go.
FM club found for youEach kit is matched to its FM club from an offline list of 70,000+ clubs and saved as id_type_3d.png.
133 collarsThe collar is read from the kit's PES config.txt, polo collars included, or picked from a grid that previews each one.
Your signatureAdd your own signature strip under the kit maker's. The original credits stay on the kit.
Safe savingYou choose the folder and whether to overwrite, and you are warned before two kits get the same name.

How it works
Drop a kit or a folder
Converter tab for one kit, Batch Converter tab for a club, league or country folder.
Check club and collar
Both are usually right already. Change either with one click.
Save
The files go into your folder, ready for FM27.
The result
- One PNG per kit in the FM27 3D layout, named with the FM club ID and the kit type.
- Home, away, third and goalkeeper kits (p1, p2, p3, g1...) each get their own type.
- Ready for a kits folder with a config.xml: the XML Configurator writes it in one click.

FAQ

Which PES kits does it support?
Kits made for PES 2021: the .ftex textures inside each kit folder (p1, p2, g1...) or the same texture saved as .png. The config.txt next to the kit is used for the collar.
What if the FM club is wrong?
Click the club next to the kit and search for the right one. Rows with an orange dot are the ones the app is less sure about.
Does it change or delete my PES kits?
No. It only reads them. The converted kits are new files in the folder you choose.
Will it work with FM27?
It will be checked against the FM27 kit template after launch. What changes with FM27.
Windows says “Windows protected your PC”. Is it safe?
The app is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may warn the first time. Click More info, then Run anyway, and compare the SHA-256 with the one on this page.
